  Called and confirmed that Mark was qualified and willing to work on my particular spa...and was told YES, and waited 3 days for the appointment. He showed up, didn't have time to do the repair, so sent me to get the part and told me to install it and it was "easy". 4 weeks later, 2,000 dollars, 7 spa technician trips , and 3 diff techs....all because the 2 dollar part I ruined trying to "do it myself" that no one figured out, so they replaced every part of my spa trying to figure out the problem. ALL BECAUSE MARK COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO DO THE REPAIR THAT HE WAS HIRED TO DO! WHY IN WORLD WOULD I CALL A REPAIR PERSON ONLY TO BE TOLD "DO IT YOURSELF, I DON'T HAVE TIME". I found out from every other Spa tech that putting in the part was VERY VERY VERY technical and ANYTHING can go wrong...which it did. Causing OVER 2,000 in repair miss diagnosis's and service calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! SHAME ON YOU MARK!!!
