  Great food. Don't be put off by the exterior. Service was a bit slow but they were full.

  Family owned and operated. Phenomenal fresh flavors and a grocery store too! Ben took time to come and sit with my mom though she had not been in for some time. Lovely atmosphere and better service ALWAYS!

  This is my favorite Ethiopian , and I have had several throughout Denver. The balance of spices is incredible, so tasty, order extra and have the next day, it's even better! The megenagna for 2 dish is delicious..very spicy, but balanced with homemade cottage cheese.. not the curd you think.. smooth and tangy and cool. Pair this with one of their vegetarian dishes and you have a feast! You won't stop cooing over the food! I have been several times and will be back as long as they are open.

  This place is awesome! I really like the decor and the food is simply delicious. It's one of the best Ethiopian restaurants I've been visited. We got the veggie combo dish and it was spectacular. I would recommend this for anyone, especially if you're trying Ethiopian for the first time.

  The food is delicious, the people who work there are attentive and very welcoming. I've been back several times and never been disappointed. Best Ethiopian food in Denver. (We always get the veg plate and it's a LOT of food and every bit on the platter is delicious.) The only downside is that your jacket ends up smelling very much like the food you consumed, which will make you unexpectedly hungry when you next wear it.
