  The facility was very nice and clean. All of the staff was professional and kind. I was so pleased to get emergency services without having to go the emergency room and stay for hours. I made my appointment time online and was seen on time once I completed my paperwork. I highly recommend this location and I will use them again.

  I Made an appointment today at Med Star PromptCare at Adams Morgan my appointment was at 3:26 PM I got there it is 3 o’clock filled out my form and was promptly called at around 3:26 PM the doctor took very care of me they explained everything to me they took the time with me and I felt so much better when I left I would recommend MedStar care to my friends

  Being from out of state, the staff at Medstar were first rate! Dr Kane and her staff were caring and were thorough. Also the facility was very clean and front desk very helpful.

  Was able to check in online and get seen without too much of a wait time. Great service and I was able to pick up my prescriptions as soon as in left the office since they called ahead.

  Visited clinic today. Liked the fact that I could book a time for my appointment online. Staff was courteous and friendly. Didn’t wait long. Pa and nurse that saw me were thorough and knowlegable. I would definitely go back
