  Went in there with the suspicion that I have appendicitis. All I wanted was a blood test to confirm whether or not I have an infection, because the pain wasn’t terrible, and they push a CT scan instead. I got scared so I did it. Turned out I didn't need the scan at all. Thanks for the increased risk of cancer. I don’t understand why doctors do this. Listen to your patients. We know what our bodies are telling us.

  My insurance company told me I could go here on a Sunday so I can get checked. After commuting to this place for 1.5hrs, arrived at the front desk, two people there told me that there was 1 doctor that was taking on emergencies cases only and that I would have to wait until the next day.. I don’t know whose fault is this but having only one doctor and there were no patients waiting there.. they could have taken the time to check up on me since I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t go there to do sightseeing of the place.

  Call and speak to a receptionist before you come. I called this morning the automated said they’re open til 5pm and so did the sign on the door with they’re New winter hours but they’re definitely closed at 3:24pm. Good thing I wasted a 1.5hrs to get here

  The location itself is decent and I was able to get fairly quick and well rounded service. They offer a full panel of tests that many other urgent care centers don't offer. The only difficulty I had was getting a timly response from the physician. The front desk staff is friendly and responsive.

  I had a very pleasant visit at this Urgent Care office, check in was quick and I was was treated with professionalism and courtesy! My wait wasn't long at all yet I didn't feel rushed. The staff was very nice as well as the doctor and they showed genuine concern for how I was feeling and trying to help me feel better. I would visit again and I would recommend this Urgent Care facility.
