  I live in Florida and was in NY for a family visit, my left foot and leg were so swollen I could not walk, so off I went to MedRite UC. Treated by Dr. Alain Mass and he was excellent...everyone from the reception area to the nurse were wonderful.

  The providers were wonderful! Very personable, and understanding. Made me feel confident in the care that they provided to my children.

  Everyone was very friendly & accommodating. I had a foot fracture & they moved very quickly with getting the X-ray done & figuring out what to do. It was much better than going to the ER. They also went out to the pharmacy & bought me a pair of crutches as they didn’t have one in my size, which was very helpful for me to get around.

  First time here, and I thought the service was absolutely top-notch. Thankfully we did not have to wait long, as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon just before the Super Bowl... and all personnel we encountered were professional and courteous. The NP did a great job with my 4 year old, and we left with my child’s words, “That was FUN!”. If a child can say THAT after being poked and prodded at the urgent care, I would say they are really doing things right.

  This place is a pleasant surprise. It is in a busy shopping plaza in a very busy area but is run very well all staff are friendly (!) and helpful and Doctor I saw is very knowledgeable and professional. Really the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Can't say I hope to have to go back there but if I need urgent care again I won't even think twice.
