  Doctors are very questionable, told me she’s not sure what’s wrong with me but prescribed me a pill that was over 90 dollars that “may” or may not work... when I called back they told me that’s not their fault, didn’t even give me another option or alternative so I pretty much went to the doctor for no reason. When I called that back that same day to get my doctors note the staff insured me they’d fax it over, they never did so the next day (a Saturday) I called back and they tell me that they didn’t fax it over because I didn’t answer when they called me, even though yesterday we discussed it all and they said they would fax it. then she tells me she won’t send it over because she doesn’t know why it wasn’t sent in the first place and I’ll have to wait and call my doctor on Monday to get the note. When I tell her I need it for work tomorrow she literally said “I don’t know what to tell you” unprofessional, rude staff and doctors that don’t know what they’re doing. Waste of my time and money. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, and I don’t have the note I need to return to work.

  Dr. Rosenstock is very thorough. She started out as my son's pediatrician and I liked her so much that I switched for myself. She takes the time to talk to us about our concerns and I never feel rushed with her. I feel she genuinely cares about her patients. She also gives various options before having to make a choice regarding medications . I trust her. The nursing staff also follows up when I have a question and calls back within a reasonable amount of time.

  Good doctors but always seen 30 to 45 mins after my scheduled time. This is why we usually visit urgent care instead....our time is valuable.

  45 minute wait for my scheduled appointment. Their time seems valuable and will charge you for missed appointment. I’m thinking I should do the same! Dr Eaton has been my physician for over 30 years. Wonderful doctor. Highly recommend. Things took a nosedive as his practice expanded over the years. Less customer service. They don’t seem to care how long you wait .

  I have been going to Dr Eaton's office for over 20 years! Today will be the last day for myself and my family!!! The office has gone downhill in many ways........ the staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Katherine and her staff did not follow through with getting important paperwork ready for myself and my husband this morning. I truly believe that this office and unfortunately many more like it only cater to the unhealthy patiences. Why do I say this..... think about it........ There is not a lot of money$$$$ to be made off of HEALTHY people like myself and my famliy!!!
