  Very disappointed. Been going to this restaurant for a while and this last time they forgot something in my pick up order and had to drive all the way back. They didnt offer anything or to help in any way. I kindly asked for a credit towards my next order but they said they didnt have a manager Their. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also when placing my order the lady was rude.

  Friday night, slow service when we were there. Kabob and chicken dishes were great. Falafel salad, needed feta, olives, tomatoes, cukes. In other words you got lettuce with dressing and over cooked falafel.

  Always very tasty here. Pricey but tasty. The soup is a must order!

  Feta cheese, olives & sliced tomatoes appetizer, very reasonably priced wines and then it just gets better from here - shhhhh don't tell everyone, it's one of our "go-to" secret places 🙂

  I attempted to place a catering order for a graduation by walk-in today. I was greeted VERY RUDELY by the hostess and tole "this isn't the way to order catering, it is done by phone", when I inquired due to it being a Saturday where they typically don't open until 5pm and I needed it at 12pm, she rudely attempted to mock me a recite the business hours as if I didn't know them. There was no attempt to gather information of number of guests, circumstance just a rude NO! I have ordered at least 20 business lunches spending a minimum of $750 per purchase. I also bring out of town visitors there frequently because I genuinely like their food. The service and rudeness of this employee has made a big impact on my future dealings with them, I am extremely reluctant to use them in the future, customer service makes the experience and this did not do it for me!
