::This place is unprofessional no common courtesy to patient that walk in on emergency basis 3+ hours waiting without keeping patients informed just leave you waiting to no end Called in advance and they told me they start seeing patients at 9:00 but they open 8:30 and I should show up then at 11:30 I’m still waiting and when you ask how long or how many patients the girl at the front desk gave attitude like someone is supposed to wait more than 3 hours the worst experience they only good thing with this visit is they know how to process your insurance quickly and get approval fast just horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy better off going to the emergency room or pulling your own teeth

::I was able to book same day appointment and didn’t have to wait long to be seen by a doctor. The doctors are great. The receptionist are friendly and the nursing staff treat you with respect and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

::I was very pleased with my experience at Hollis Tudor Medical Center. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Finding parking was breeze, and I was seen accordingly by my primary care doctor. Thanks to beautiful ladies in the front, the medical assistants, nurses and doctor.

::If I could have given them a zero star rating I would have for the most horrible and inconsiderate experience. I came on time for a 12.30pm appointment but was notified that I had one of two options...to reschedule or to wait until 2pm to be seen because the person for the appointment before me came late and the dentist had to take lunch at 1-2pm. Through no fault of mine I had to wait because after taking a day from work already, rescheduling just would not work. If someone had to come up out of pocket for these incompetencies, I bet something like this would have never happen. I will not be headed there ever again.
