  I actually enjoy going there and having them try to help me “steer straight.” They have counselors who are easy to talk with and offer great advice.

  While I realize that each person who needs to lose weight has to find the best program that works for him/her. Medifast became that program for me after I had done my research. Over the course of a year I was able to lose 81 lbs. That was due to the supportive staff that I met with evey week. With their help I made it past the 30 lb. weight loss ceiling that I would give up with other programs. Each time I came in for my weigh-in, I accomplished a new milestone. While I was able to beat pre-diabetes, I continue to struggle with my weigh and have gained some of the weight back, the Medifast staff is there to cheer me on, give me new ideas for recipes and keep me accountable for my goals. I highly recommend giving Medifast weight loss program a try at your Medifast Center.

  Medifast works. Period. The staff's support and honest wish for me to succeed is what makes this location special. I am starting to build confidence in myself with eleven pounds lost in one month! I couldn't have done this without this staff!

  Medifast Centers helped me get me through my weightloss challenge. The counselors were great .I loss on average 4 pds per week over 8 weeks. Im feeling better than ever.
