  I have been to this hospital many times over the years and my experience has been bitter sweet. When they were Plaza Medical my dad was hospitalized there several times and as a family member watching the experiences was horrible. I saw so much that could have been handled differently. I watch as my dad health went from poor to worst. I watched as gangrene set up in one of his feet and they finally had to amputate his leg. I not saying it was the hospital fault but I do know if situation would have been different he may have never loss his leg. Back in January of 2018 I was hospitalized for a week there and during that stay I was in a holding room until the last day I was moved to my room. Well during that time they were really busy and the hallways was full of patients. They took good care of me. I didn't have any concerns except I am on about 22 different medications and they went by an old list and I only got about 10 of my regular meds. Overall I had a good experience. I did note much change from previous visits! In March of 2018 I had an out patient surgery. Everything went according to plans except that had all kinds of trouble starting an IV. They finally had to bring in a specialist with special equipment to get it done. This mounted to some discomfort on my part and a delay in my surgery! Overall again my experience was a positive one!

  Dr.Ward has the best staff that is friendly and knowledgeable. Had neck surgery and healing better than expected. I would recommend him to any person.

  If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I was in the hospital for 2 days. They were very kind and attentive.. they were very thorough and kept me informed on my progress and treatments. The food is restaurant quality. I had a large room to myself. The 7th Floor staff is excellent. I want to thank all of them for taking such good care of me during my stay.

  My surgical experience was out standing. Loved my surgeon Dr Anthony Lee. The staff nurses, ancillary staff were excellent. Skill was out standing, as a old nurse and watching everything they did, they were well trained. I only had one issue when asking for pain med one of the nurses made me feel like a drug seeker until she looked at my record and I had not had med in over 8hours.

  They are one of the fastest transplant center in America. We came from New Jersey for my brothers kidney transplant. He was listed on waiting list on November 2017 and he got kidney transplant in December 2017. Just imagine how fast they are compared to New Jersey / New York where wait time is 7-8 years. Also doctors, surgeons, and technicians are very nice. They did commendable job taking care of my brother
