::Appointment - the appointment itself was not good. The doctor left the door open during the examination for other patients to look in while he was examining and talking to me. Had his nurse (maybe even secretary) sit in without politely asking or telling me that was going to happen. The medical advice given was very outdated - popular in the 70's perhaps. I would never go back. Billing - I received my FIRST bill 6 months after the appointment. It said I was 90 days past due. There was no phone number listed, no information for making payment, and a statement at the bottom (which had been whited out) saying to call the office for payment plans. Super unprofessional. I'm waiting on a call back, but based on the other reviews, doubt I will get one.

::Billing negligence has gone on for 1 year. Have called numerous times, they never called back. Had conference calls with ins company but they never followed up properly. Improper submission on their part to insurance co prompted collection agency. They are too lazy and incompetent to do properly do their jobs. Shouldn't be in business.

::The ladies in the billing office do not know how 2 code the office visits they are extremely inept unorganized and unprofessional if you question them or try to speak with them about their billing or disputes a bill they get indignant dismissive an argumentative they refused to work with your insurance company or your lab work billing. The nurse has even offered certain medication at cash price under the table without a prescription and without your insurance
