::I never had my prescription filled there. This pharmacy came highly recommended for their delivery service. I decided to use their pharmacy for my prescriptions. I got a call from them asking if I am in a group home. I said I could not answer at this moment. The caller was very rude and said call back when you can answer. I understand her doing her job. I had a problem when I could not answer at the moment. Based on that experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone even though they deliver.

::The customer service needs to be drastically improved. I have a specific customer service representative who does not do her job accurately. She does not listen to the customer, does not check that medications are being sent out correctly, does not listen to the customer and passes her job on to others. On Monday, my rep Joanne called me to let me know my medications were ready to be refilled. I specifically went over each medication with her, told her exactly which ones to send and which ONE not to. I also gave her the phone # of my doctor to get refill prescriptions for my Diabetic insulin. When my medications were delivered, I was missing 4 of the 12, the one I asked not to be sent, was sent and she passed on the job of calling my physician and it was never done, because I called my physician and they sent the script in within the hour. This has gone on for almost a year. I have complained to the customer service manager and have been given excuse after excuse. I am now changing pharmacies and filing complaints with Suffolk County Dept. of Health and Suffolk County consumer affairs. I have been very patient and nothing has changed, it has only gotten worse.In addition, the prescriptions have the wrong physician names on the bottles. The latest prescriptions were written by my cardiologist and they still show the physician from a year ago who is not even my physician anymore.I have given them my physicians on several occasions and they never update their system. They are not customer friendly and very disorganized. They always have excuses and apologies. This has been going on for months. One hand does not know what the other one is doing, their is no communication between employees.
