  Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is extremely unprofessional, and lacks the most basic idea of customer service. Had a prescription filled for my baby here a few days ago, and asked to have it delivered. This was at around 6:30 pm. We were told it would be delivered a bit later that evening. At 9:30 pm, still waiting for the prescription, we called repeatedly to find out where it was. After being transferred around numerous times, we were told it was in the van, and someone would update us as to when we would receive it. This song-and-dance went on for the next hour and a a half, with no one updating us, until they closed and we could no longer get in contact with anyone. The driver ended up knocking on our door at MIDNIGHT with the prescription. What a joke of a pharmacy. There are many other wonderful pharmacies here in Monsey, and I recommend patronizing them.

  The prescription department is a waste of time. Don’t bother trying to fill your prescription at medex. Your better off anywhere else.
