::Now not only don’t they have the 24 hour ATM still due to being vandalized multiple times they have now only cut the ATM hours to when they’re physically open which is still a huge inconvenience. I feel like if it keeps getting vandalizing. Maybe they should make arrangements to where the ATM is physically outside just like the location on Baltimore Street. Everyone doesn’t have time to keep wasting gas or walking down here to be hit with this

::I really hope MECU is not going downhill, I been with them for years, over 20 for sure and always bragging about them, now reading these comments I am wondering what is going on with MECU?!??? a few friends of mines told me they left MECU to go with Navy Federal, if these comments are fact I understand why. I think I should monitor MECU reviews for a little while to see it this is something I need to take action on or maybe MECU need to retrain their staff from the top to bottom on customer service friendly.

::So my first time using Mecu on Martin Luther King blvd. When I arrived to go in, the bank employee informed me that the line started outside. I go outside and it's only 7 people in the line. This is the only bank I ever seen that allows their customers to wait outside in the weather and not the safest area. People watching who going in and out the bank. Watching if people are driving or walking. No security for the bank either. The bank was only letting one person in at a time on top of that teller going ask you not cold???? This bank is a mess from what I saw . When I left it was 45 mins till close with about 7 more people in line.

::MECU provide horrible service all with a smile. Their favor play in their playbook is to pass you off to the next person who will reroute you to another person who eventually puts you on hold and hangs up on you. For months I informed them that my card was going to expire. They assured me I would have my replacement within two weeks of the expiration date. The expiration date came and gone and still no replacement card and no one can or will explain how this matter will be resolved. I will be closing all my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
