  I liked going here they have good service and good staff as well I like going to this place I know there is bad comments for this place but I like thss place and think they have good service and staff:)

  This is the worst bank ever. Go in but I'm told bank is open but no one is there to work. So they couldn't help me. I will be changing banks asap

  Horrible customer service they have hidden fees and if u deposit a check Friday u won't see it tell Monday

  Recently I needed to choose a bank to handle some financials for me, it made sense to use a Rabobank because money I was receiving was through them. I originally talked to the branch on Coffee Road (those people were extremely rude, disrespectful and disconnected, and she was the "Manager"....pffffffff) However upon talking to Leesa she put me in front of Maria, I can't say enough about these 2, they really went the extra mile. I have not banked in 10 years because of trusting financial institutions, they worked hard at setting everything up. When I wanted to take a couple large amounts of cash for some purchases, I wasnt guilted for taking my own money. There was nobpushback or bs polocies etc. Sometimes these places forget they are holding YOUR money, not at this branch on Tructon Ave. they treat you like a valued customer. Thanks guys.

  I have had more then one problem with this bank but my most recent one was when the teller didn't understand English when I told her cash a check more then three times and she still deposited my check. now i have a over draft and have no money tell Monday which is today. This bank is only open Monday thru Friday basically 9-5 and sat 9-12 it's pathetic and when u need help it's hard to actually get a rep on the phone after going through promps. I'm so pissed off and will be moving to another bank
