::Had an appointment for an oil change at 8am. Made this appointment over a week ago. When I arrived to my appointment there was a compiled line on both lanes. Like literally. Loooong line. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Told the young lady I had an appointment at 8 am which I had already been in line for over 30 minutes. She said she would let them know. My appointment was changed to 8:30am. (the time I was attended) It is now 10:00am on the day of my scheduled appointment and I am typing this review as I wait. I guess it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not you're still considered next in line. So no need to be rude to personnel because you never know how management is handling their issues. Didn't see a mission statement on their walls. So I guess, I'm left to find out what it is. In this case just write a review and warn others of how things run here. Seriously killing time brings more and more opportunities to express the exhausted boredom of this wait. Bumped it up to a 3 star because the oil is clean, got a paper mat and they threw some water to rid of the dirt.

::I was at five stars because of their sales department. However, I used the service department this last week. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, a problem with my heater fixed, and wanted to add navigation. I set up an appointment only to be told that he would not be able to get to it until 4 days later. I asked for my rental car that I pay for monthly along with scheduled maintenance. He refused to give me a rental and rescheduled me for the following Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday and once again, he wanted to keep my car for an indeterminate amount of time without giving me my rental. During the time that I had to wait between appointments, I went over 10000 miles. I was angry again and suggested that he at least get my oil change done. He said he could do that on the day of the appointment. Could he have completed my oil change the first day? Could he have made this suggestion himself? Does he lack the intelligence to be able to work around scheduling and make sure the most important things get completed. Could he have had all of the things I needed done prepared when I showed up for my appointment. Could he have actually looked at the appointment book before time for me to arrive? I'm very frustrated because I have always kept maintenance up on my vehicles. He suggested that I may have messed up the warranty on my vehicle. I did what I was supposed to do. I had my car at an appointment on time and was refused service because I could not leave my car with them for 4,5,6??? days without receiving the rental/loaner car that I pay for. 👎👎👎

Don was awesome along with finance and other personnel. These people are truly here to help you and make sure you are satisfied!
