  The park may not look like much in the beginning but once you explore more, there is a forested area with a long trail connected to the other parts of the park. It's not as small as you might think and the trail area is gorgeous! The grassy part is big enough to host a bbq or party by the beach and it's not too far of a walk to Alki Beach!

  Was a part of my running route a bit small but beautiful. Look for street parking. There is a public BBQ grill and several tables and benches. Bring your own picnic blanket! Open view of Puget Sound across the street!
