::If you are not a contractor they are completely unresponsive. I sent them the dimensions of the door, the mortise lock details, stud size used etc and still couldn't get a quote. They refused to correspond via email and then lied saying they were trying to call me back "but I wasn't in the building," - it's my cell phone and they never called. This went on for 3+ weeks where every time I would call they would ask a new question for me to ask my architect but refused to just send a list of questions for a door. Leiby Freund has a problem either with the written language, women or both.
