  I am always 100% confident that Bob, Matthew and the whole team will help keep my family warm. Whatever the problem may be, Bob is passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, and will not quit until a solution is found. From the day I walked in and met Bob, his wife, and the team, I knew that I was in the right store and my home's needs would be taken care of like a friendly neighborhood community would.   I have nothing but good things to report on my experience with McNamara Fireplace. From my initial interest in purchasing a gas fireplace and meeting with a sales rep on site who walked my wife and I through all the options through the installation and, most recently, the first annual maintenance visit, I have been impressed. McNamara knows their market, they treat the customer really well and they will enjoy my business for the foreseeable future. I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to family and friends.

  Our first experience with Bob and his team of professionals was August of 2017. At which time we were experiencing difficulties with our AC. Our normal service guy was hanging us out to dry. We contacted Bob and he was in Bergenfield, NJ immediately to assist us. Bob and his team were so knowledgeable of the repairs required, and performed them immediately, with very reasonable pricing. Therefore, we enjoyed a cooler summer and a much warmer winter with a substantial reduction on our ac & heating bill. Currently, we are experiencing problems with our hot water heater. We called Bob and he was here in 40 minutes (the time it takes to drive here from Pearl River, NY). His repair took less time than it took him to drive here. This is a family business and everyone throughout and the service has been excellent, expeditious and responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this company again and again, as we are very satisfied with McNamara Heating and Air Conditioning. Bob, thank you for the service you have provided to our country and now the services you provide with your company.

  Norma, LOVES you guys!! She literally wrote two pages on how wonderful you guys were(don't worry I am mailing it to you)!!Honestly, the fireplace is beautiful especially on days like today (28 F). Your work is the talk when people come over, from the exception chimney cleaning to the install below. ** Very Professional **Very Knowledgeable ***LICENSED!! ** Reviewed Safety and Damages clearly!! **WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
