  We called for a cleaning and tube-up. Very accommodating for a date and time frame that someone would be home. They were efficient and courteous and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

  We have a single-family rental in Beacon. Our tenant called McMillen because of a small oil leak around the oil filter for the oil furnace. Monday. Daytime. Heater still working. Changing the oil filer with a new gasket and spreading some oil soaking powder is about a 15min job with at best $10 of parts (a new filter with gasket sells for $4 at Home Depot - not sure about the powder). McMillen charged us for an emergency call with $250 in labor and $40 in parts plus tax. Total of $313 for a leaking oil filter gasket, I call that greedy. Not the kind of service provider I will go back to or I would recommend.
