  Robert has been my son’s coach for approximately four months and the growth that we have witnessed is nothing short of incredible. Robert not only teaches golf fundamentals but also instills an appreciation and respect for the game. We are so fortunate to have found Robert and are grateful for the path he has created as our son embarks on the Southlake Carroll Golf program. We feel it speaks volumes that our son looks forward to his time with Robert and absorbs as much as he can in the time spent at McMillian Golf Academy.

  He is the answer!!! Roberts keen eye and simple yet effective methods just works. His knowledge of the swing and the game plus that Scottish wit makes lessons so much fun. Whether you're a weekend warrior like me or a professional player McMillan Golf will be able to take you to the next level. If he can fix my swing, he can fix any swing.

  Robert is an amazing teacher and has become a mentor for my son Matthew. He has taught him all about the game of golf and how to be a respectful young man. Matthew has been working with Robert for 2 years and has learned so much from him. He has learned the proper swing technique to become a more consistent golfer. Matthew came to Robert as a new golfer shooting in the low 100’s. He is now shooting consistently in the mid 70’s. The results speak for themselves. We are so happy we found Robert McMillan he is a great man.

  robert has fixed many, many flaws in my golf swing. now he's working on my over the top move by shallowing the club on the downswing. i am very happy with my improvement so far and am very happy that i am working with robert.

  Robert is a fantastic teacher. I came to him as a guy only playing golf for a couple years but loving it so much I decided to career change into it. Starting the PGA program for golf management, I knew I needed direction to pass the PAT. Robert set me on the right path of learning not only about my own swing, but how to help others with theirs.
