  Karen is very personable and understanding of personal needs. Karen worked with me to find a service package that fit my budget. Her crew of ladies consistently do a great job and are friendly and professional. I started using this service about 5 years ago, had to stop for a while due to financial issues, then resumed service about 1.5 yr ago. When I needed my carpets cleaned Top to Bottom did a great job. They can cover about anything a home needs. I couldn't be more pleased and wouldn't use any other cleaning service.
