::It was a fantastic experience. I took my girlfriend, and we both had a 40+ ounce of mixed drinks. The big drinks were actually reasonable and didn't break the bank. I do admit that the food was excellent. First time downtown in Kansas City not knowing what to expect, it was an excellent sports bar atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable.

::Stopped by with a group of friends on a nice spring afternoon. It took 10 minutes to get drinks ordered, another 15 minutes to be served our drinks and then our server never came to see us again. We had to walk through the restaurant to find our server to get our checks. My tall beer was $16.30 after they included 21% gratuity. Last time I checked, a business should be gratuitous that I patronized their establishment, not the other way around. Sure, I’ll pay you your 21% for awful service and will never patronize your business again. Just because you’re located in a prominent area doesn’t give you an excuse to treat your patrons like garbage and overcharge. I hope you’re taking notes, McFaddens.

::Loved this place! You have to try the Reuben, it's one of the best I've ever had. I spent most of the day here for march madness opening weekend with some friends. The staff was great, fast, and friendly, and the atmosphere was top notch.

::Was not happy with this place at all.. we had happy hour which was suppose to be the person whose name it was under gets free drinks and everyone else half off.. he asked why is he paying for his drinks and they said they would give him a $25 gift card for every 5 ppl. Went back up to the front at the end of the night (about 2am) to retrieve gift cards and was told it was too late we were suppose to come at 1am.. no one told us that. I called and talk to the manager Justin and he was not very friendly and also pretty much told me oh well in so many words.. So not happy with this. I would give it no stars if I could.. the only reason I would even give 1 star is for the nice bartender that served us (don't remember her name)
