  Organic market, Shugs coffee shop, and Palabras bilingual book store. Three local owners are turning this place into a great neighborhood resource and hangout. And they have wifi. ;)

  They offer a bulk food service where you can get heathy organic bulk cheaper than any grocery store. The are awesome groceries and sundries. I bought Bragg's liquid aminos and Vegenaise. Plus Shug's coffee, books and other cool stuff
