  It would be nice to get a correct order and not wait for like 30mins every time to get food so over this! Also the people you are ordering with are rude and could careless about their customers. My husband was placing an order and the person behind the mic was laughing and chatting with another employee... and then was rude about telling us our total. They need to get rid of this location and bring Burger king or get rid of the incompetent employees.

  Located on NAS JAX base, free standing McDonald's with drive thru. Sits well past commissary and NEX, so it's pretty quiet, & easy to access. Food was actually really good, albeit not very warm. First visit there today, so I'll try a few more stops to get a better feel & then I'll update my review. Update on my review: 3 🌟 sums it up. We've gone at least 10 times (probably more than 15), and we've learned to expect that at least 70% of the time our order was wrong. Honestly the best I can say (and the reason we kept returning) is that the food was usually warm (better than cold!!!) and it was super convenient. Oh, and if you want napkins with your food, you're going to have to ask. 😕

  This location sucks!!!!! They constantly get orders wrong!!! They rip you off, never get a large fry they measure the same in a medium!!!! If I weren’t in a hurry and if there were more choices I’d go somewhere else. Hopefully they shut it down and a Burger King comes in!!!
