  Absolutely horrible speed. Order in the drive through and then they have you pull up on the curb. I’m in line with 2 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind me. 2 employees came out with as much bags as they could put on a tray and proceed to go car to car asking what order belongs to you. It shouldn’t take 10 min to get your food in a drive through. The park lot isn’t full so it’s not as if it’s a busy day or a rush. It’s 2:00 pm on a Sunday. If your hoping to be somewhat timely this is not the location for you

  Didnt get what i ordered. I ordered extra onions and got literally 3 small piece of oinion! Extra! Thats not a hard concept to my knowledge. And I had to wait 15+ plus minutes for 2 burgers. I also greeted them first because i waited a full two minutes at the speaker but was never greeted. How is this acceptable customer service or food handling? Workers here just disregard customers. This isnt my 1st uncomfortable experience. They(the workers) seem to be inconvenienced by us. And thats unacceptable. I also work in fast food and never act like this. I always think "what if it were my kids?" And act accordingly. So why does McDonald's continue to allow this behavior? Both the burgers i waited 15 mins for were wrong. Extra onions on one and no pickles on the other....niether happened! Plus, there was a worker actually sitting on the counter while i was at the window on their phone! Sitting ON the counter. In front of customers! When did this become acceptable "customer service"?

  If I could I would give no star. It was ridiculously terrible service. 2 spice chicken sandwich, one large fuel, 10pc nuget took a 50 minutes. It is ridiculous amount of time I waited. Had to go inside and ask, the service was horrifying terrible. I only live 10 minute away and when i got home took out the foods, they were cold. Seemed like it was just sitting somewhere in the corrner and they just broguth it out. Highly hightly do not recommend this location.

  I came here tonight my daughter who is two loves midnight McDonald's plus I'm pregnant so it was a heck yeah let's go for me, well the little girl in the window that hands out the food tried to deny taking my order, then a nice lady from another car was like I'll get you what you need so I placed my order with that lady in the car as I go to the side of McDonald's and wait for the lady that had just ordered my food for us the little girl who denied taking my order for her little friends about three of them and went to the drive thru window and started pinging and laughing as I said " you didn't have to get your friend and laugh at me and my two year old" she said "b**** I'm laughing cause I'm wondering why you still here standing there looking stupid" I said "what if your name so I can come in tomorrow and talk to your manager" she said "all you need to know is that your a low life" 🙄. I'm thankful for the lady that placed my order for me she was so good and a blessing, as for the little girl I'm highly disappointed but I will pray for you.❤️

  Came here on a Friday night and dear God this drive thru is extremely slow. I was inline for over 30 minutes just to order food. I know places are slow with help these days but on a Friday night the owner doesn't seem to care . I was worried that by the time I made it to order they would say they were closed Definitely avoid this place late at night on uh weekends
