  They demand that when you order inside each that you have to order from a computer kiosk. These kiosks are eliminating jobs for the people's who really need a job. I won't be back here. Plus the girl manager during the day that wears glasses is very rude & extremely condescending. She has zero customer service skills!

  To be honest, I'm usually only here because I need facilities halfway through my morning walk. The waiting room is very clean, and the restroom is normally clean as well. On the occasion that I do visit for food, service is prompt and accurate.

  I go to this place a lot, always have had a good time. The staff is friendly and it is close by to my house.

  Disgusting customer service tonight. Went there tonight & the person taking the order didn't ring up half of our order. When we asked for the rest of it, the clerk condescendingly said "well you have to pay for it if you want it". Really, then ring it up then! Very disrespectful treatment. On top of that, we ordered hot fudge sundaes. When the lady handed them to us, they had hot fudge running all down the outside of the cup. How about try to train your employees to have respect for people, input the order properly, and present the order with at least some attempt at self respect and pride.

  I love this place with all my heart. The staff is always friendly and the managers are always there to help when needed.
