::OK I'm addicted . Who ever came up with the McDonald's app Deviously smart. I had a bad morning and had some card trouble and send to a different job so I snuck it into the McDonald's Drive thru line to Quickly get something to eat. To be transparent I absolutely hate using Drive-through lines no matter where eat Especially in McDonald's of the TV high in Wayne Illinois you're probably the worst McDonald's ever built was of course you're right in my house that's sad these ladies at this McDonald's are soon the most polite efficient workers I've ever met my life actually Make an egg biscuits look better than the average insurance they were perfect I mean absolutely freaking perfect picture perfect and delicious kudos to those ladies thank you very much and very fast love that McDonald's I mean don't at least the morning crew so far

::This is a small remodeled McDonald's, and generally there's only one drive through window operating, so it can take some time to get through it. Food is hot, and special orders are generally correct. Never had an issue that's caused me to complain. One note though is that their ice cream machine has been down for a month so no frozen treats during that time.

::Keep on driving down the road to the Cedar Hills location. I was hoping the remodel might help this location turn a new leaf, but it's still unpredictable and inaccurate. They've always messed up orders and had strange service. Still the case. Today at 10am, all of the doors were locked. No signs. I had a mobile inside pick up. Usually the app won't let you do this if their dining room is closed. No one answered the door or even looked our way, and there was a good group of people. Finally after standing there a good 20 minutes, they brought me my food - cold, incorrect. Then slammed the door in the face of everyone else. Several who had walked there and couldn't simply walk through the drive through. No explanation, no apology.

::VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked the employee at the drive thru screen to please not put cheese on my McMuffin, 3 times I had asked them. They still put cheese on it. I called into the restaurant to let them know and they proceeded to tell me that their cook said they didn't put cheese on it but I have my picture to prove that they are in fact the ones lying. Just remember when working in fast food, be sure to not argue with the customer. They are always right.

::I ordered a couple of burgers and got home to find out the burger wasn’t there. I appreciate all of the remodeling they’ve done to the place, but I would have really appreciated the food I ordered. Go with the expectation that your order won’t be correct but you’ll get to see fresh paint!
