::The music is not condusive to a relaxing meal and is too loud. There is also a very loud squeal every minute, like some kind of an alarm. Very annoying. I certainly don't plan to come back to this location.

::Food is good just like any other mcdonalds but the drive thru line is so slow. Only 4 cars in front of us over 15minute wait!

::I know why we like McDonald's, it's consistent no matter where we go. I just wish this one was cleaner the tables were filthy and I didn't see anybody cleaning them off

::This store continues to treat customers with disabilities as second class citizens. I went in with a trained and recognized service dog that has served me for 12 years, only to walk in and be immediately berated by a customer that read me the riot act for taking my dog in the McDonald's. He added when he was done with me that he was bit by his neighbor's dog and he "hates dogs". He did this in front of a row of McDonald employees at the counter who stood there watching and listening but not only took no action but gave me a hard time with my turn at the counter because THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE MCDONALD'S MOBILE ORDER APP WORKED!!! THEY REFUSED TO HONNER MY MOBILE ORDER EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED A CREDIT CARD WHEN I ORDERED IN THE APP. I ENDED UP PAYING THREE TIMES WHAT I ORDERED IN THE APP FOR 4 PEOPLE THAT WERE ALREADY HUNGRY WAITING FOR ME TO ORDER THROUGH THE APP TO GET THE DISCOUNTS. MCDONALD'S please, TRAIN YOUR STAFF about service dogs and YOUR OWN APP!!! I've NEVER successfully completed a mobile APP purchase at this location and I've never been more disappointed in a fast food experience, EVER, IN MY LONG LIFE of fast food trips. McDonalds should be ashamed to have the golden arches in front of this store.

::Food great but it there was a long line in drive thru and so decided to go inside. 3 managers just standing about baggie g food and only one burger maker n 1 fryer. Don't they know how to manage!! Then 8 ppl ordered after me n got there food 1st! I just wanted a simple burger. One manager got on grill and did not wash his hands!! They need to brush up on customer service n smile. Fries were cold.
