  They don’t even deserve 1 star.. bad customer service didn’t acknowledge we were standing there to get service Justin was rude to my child and jasmine was just staring like she couldn’t speak I will never spend another dime at this McDonald’s and ima make sure none of my family or friends go here

  Worst service in the universe, the dinner room was empty and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. They were toooooo busy attending drive thru and they don't pay attention to customers waiting in the dinner ares. The Manager Rosa T try to justify saying: Sorry, "I was in my brake! cool at least you ate something because I had to cancel my order after long wait, they finally call my number but I had to wait again while Jonisha was doing milkshakes for drive thru and didn't get my order timely!!!!!. Rosa T gave me phone number to place a complaint but straight to voice mail. Maybe it was her cousins number.

  Shame customer service is out upon arrival no hello by cashier took for ever to receive food and was incorrectly took another 15 minutes to get my French fries that's because I complained then got a face and no even an I'm sorry from anyone but lots of long faces I GUESS MCDONALD'S DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTUMER SERVICE OR THEIR CUSTUMERS

  I just went 10 mins ago and i didn’t receive one of my happymeals, or fries! I even checked and reciept has it on there too ! They should go out of business.

  young black men tend to stand in outside in front waiting to steal ur jewlery, cell phones and harrass young women that can't fight back ...causing people to not even wanna go their anymore......also this McDonalds take way too long to order the drive thru is ur worst nitemare ...they take forever to take ur order they take forever to make ur food something must be done this is not right their manager need to get retrained or fired ...total five stars down hill dont come here is my suggestion
