  Inexperienced cashier that attended us didnt know where the items were at so he took a long time to prepare meals and take orders. Restrooms weren't the cleanest either.

  Cruz n Susan was very helpful n polite. Da tables were clean and da food was hot n well made.

  So I go up to the counter and I order 3 #8's and a Quarter pounder with Cheese extra pickels...the girl was very pleasant and too my order....when I get my order after waiting for 15-20 min I didn't get my fries or the drinks that came with my meals....I was told that was because I didn't specify that I wanted fries and a drink with the meals....maybe it's just me but when I order a meal I want the meal...if I just want the sandwich then that's what I ask for...I'm just saying! Then when I said something about it to the manager on duty she looked at me like I was crazy and wanted to charge me to fix the order!! It's so not about the money but about the principal...you made me wait forever for an order that wasn't right! Then you want to charge me for my inconvenience...

  Staff here is always messing up on your order. You can tell this McDonald's has new workers on the regular. Workers here either forget a straw, give you a medium order when you request a large.Then there's this one girl who always tells me, we don't have sweet tea, we don't have ice coffee, no chocolate cookies, our ice scream machine don't work.

  This location has gotten better by means of better staff. They are more friendly and helpful. The lines are usually long but the food on point. Wish they'd hire security guard again since there is always shady people frequenting the area.
