  It's McDonald's, people aren't gonna look at my review and say. Hey that doesn't sound great. Here I go anyway. I had a mobile order. I arrived at the McDonald's and selected pickup inside. So there I am. Sitting inside, waiting for my order, for 23 minutes after which I get up and finally say something. "That was a drive through order. It was picked up 15 minutes ago." said the manager. I followed with"No it wasn't, why would your drive though orders show progress on you dine in screens?" I was acknowledged and then they commenced to converse in Spanish as if I didn't understand Spanish. Too bad I did.... "This punk is trying to pick up a drive through order out here." said one to another. " What? Tell him no, where is he, let me see his reciept," came from someone that appeared to hold a management position. I show them my confirmation and they say to me in English, " sorry about that sir. Well have your order to you as soon as possible." "yea hopefully" I reply. So here I am 29 minutes minutes later getting a McChicken and a damn 6 Piece McNugget. In fluent Spanish I reply. "Thanks for the food, hopefully this doesn't happen often. Can I have ranch and BBQ sauce please." she replies in Spanish."Of Course, Sorry for what I said earlier." Now I plan on driving to next McDonalds where I can get some damn respect and food on time.

  I love their drive-through. Always quick. This morning I had to go in the office and only wanted a cup of coffee. My purchase wasn’t much but they didn’t push for more.

  You can never go wrong with the two dollar iced coffee. It is almost as good as Starbucks. If on a budget I would recommend this drink.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they only were excepting cash. It's not that hard to put a sign near the entrance of the drive thru explaining their ability to only accept cash. When I asked the woman to consider it, I was met with a barrage of excuses citing their inability to know when the system is set to not accept cards. It doesn't take long to print and post a notice so their time and the time of the customer isn't wasted.

  I have to repeat my simple order of a mac and cheese and coffee four times. I asked a young lady to give me for creamers with a medium coffee. Somehow, she understood that I wanted to coffees with throat for creamers and each one small and one medium. I had to correct her 4 times until she finally got it right. And then the order of food was incorrect. So I just went ahead and ate it. I can tell you that it doesn't compare to the customer service at Chick-fil-A has.
