  This specific McDonald’s is terrible. Nothing against anyone in particular, I just haven’t had a halfway decent experience here at all. My wife is pregnant and has been craving this franchises delicacies. Only problem is they can never ever get my order right. I ask for fries no salt, I get them way over done, or my personal favorite extra salty(instantly thrown in the garbage). I’ve ordered a McDouble and gotten a McChicken. I went inside once to order a large coke no ice and they made me(I say “made” me because I asked them to take my order at the counter and they said I had to use their touch screen) use their new touch screen. So then I had to select I wanted a large coke with no ice, all so they can hand me an empty cup which I had to ask for myself to fill up on my own. Don’t go here, I’ve been using the Fullerton one off of Lemon and they have yet to mess up on anything.

  McDonalds here is alright depending the time you come in. I have dinned in and gone through the drive thru during the day and sometimes it can get quite busy, especially the drive thru. I had to wait a good while even though there are two lines but the cashier was polite and nice and my food was great just how I wanted it. Can't say that for some drive thru fast foods, but this McD staff definitely has it down!

  Customer service could have been better. Cashier took 7 minutes to take our order. (Fast food should be 3). No apology n no personality. Food was good.

  When I got in there they had one register open within a minute they open the second register my food was ready within 5 minutes it was the cleanest and best run McDonald's I had ever been in and I go to quite a few

  When going through the drive through, they provide fast and efficient service. However, I ordered through the McDonald's app and needed to go inside one day, and had a polar opposite experience. It was my first time using the app, and I didn't realize that the restaurant computer system recognized I was there and immediately put in my order to begin processing. When I got inside, I asked what the next step was for making sure my order was placed on the app. The employee stared at me as if I asked a question that required assistance from a rocket scientist to answer, so I repeated myself. They asked if I was there to pick up an Uber order, and I said, "No, but I'm here to pick up an order I placed through your app." I got the same blank stare, and then ten seconds later, they looked up at a screen that was above the pickup window, and said, "Oh! You're next in line." Once I got my order I was provided with the same efficient service as in the drive thru. I'll chalk it up to a learning experience for everyone.
