::This is their "big breakfast." I feel like I got ripped off..... this was over $4 for instant scrambled eggs(which weren't even hot), a bisquit that I can't eat anyways, a regular hashbrown (dollar menu hashbrown), and a single sausage patty.

::Almost all cashiers in the drive-thru have horrible customer service skills. They are annoyed at normal requests like no onions, or no lettuce, and they get upset if you ask for ketchup, sauces, and napkins, which they have left out. I say please and thank you. They roll their eyes, slam the window, and walk away. I have been to this location a few occasions, and I try to avoid it and only visit if it's the quickest low cost option. The tall man who works nights hates working there so much that he feels like every aspect of the transaction, from the time you pull up, till it's time to go, he has to go out of his way to make you suffer by making it extremely difficult on you. Nobody will be in line, and he makes you wait 10 minutes before taking your order. He rushes you, and ignores details. You go to pay, and he gives the wrong price, and is annoyed at any corrections. He needs to be fired. Complaint will be filed with corporate today. Downwright unacceptable. I understand this job pays low, and customers are rude. I get it. But when people show respect and good manners, show some customer service skills. I used to work the drive through in fast food. It sucks, but it doesn't cost you anything to say, "thank you, have a great day, sure I'll get you some BBQ sauce, no problem, or you're welcome." Message for owner/management/corporate: emphasize customer service skills. It's not enough to take the order, take cash, give change, and give food. Their job is also to provide customer service.

::The service here is awful. I was standing in line, for what seemed like forever when finally one of the crew yells at us to use the kiosk right behind us. I ignore her and approach the counter and place my order to the same rude person. I go to get my money when she rolled her walked off without a word. I would not recommend anyone to this particular McDonald's unless they enjoy being ignored then yelled at.

::Ordered was so long like an hour. I was buying food for three kids from my church near buy and a large fry for my brother. We paid for it and didn't received it. A lot of customer were also mad too. So, I just didn't want to complained with them. Just left the store without receiving any . I know some did that too. They were slow or just the pressure was taking over them.

::Clean inside and friendly staff. They showed me how to use their touch screen ordering system and brought food right to the table. It got really busy shortly after I arrived and they seemed to do a pretty good job of handling everyone in a timely manner.
