  I paid almost $8 for two coffees and a hash brown. They ran out of coffee and literally picked up the coffee maker and poured the last of it into a cup. Then I watched them fill up the rest with water. They saw me see this then pretended to shuffle around and someone stood in the way. Pretended they are not serving my what I just saw. When I got home the coffee tasted like water. They could have just asked me to wait but no. They took it upon themselves to decide I deserve two cups of half water half coffee for $8. I'm not buying here anymore. Its supposed to be convenient. Now I have to go back, then they wonder why people get upset. I paid for these. You did not give them to me for free. You have lost my business permanently.

  This place is awful! They show ice cream on the menu and do not even serve it anymore. Waste of time to go there.

  This McDonald's in Lakewood is awesome! It is connected to a gas station, so you can get a Big Mac, fill up the tank, and pick up some chips and jerky.

  The service is definitely on the slow side. Be ready to wait an unreasonable amount time for your food. And if the workers try to keep up with the pace they tend to always mess up an order. From them handing me wrong orders and missing items from my order. It's happened to me more than it should to as a customer. I'm also starting to question their food quality. I've order chicken nuggets that actually had mold on it....sounds unbelievable but unfortunately that happened, fries that were definitely past the due date to eat, and under cooked meat (unless you really like raw burgers then order from this McDonald's). And don't order sprite from here. I'm convinced the workers don't check the machines because the sprite is just carbonated or it's just the syrup. A customer will probably have a better experience at another McDonald's location.
