  Awful. Trash on the floor in food prep areas, staff preparimg food with no gloves, & after touching their hair, cell phones, etc. Not courteous, more interested in talking & laughing with each other. Poor service as well as poor environment.

  I found a hard white thing in my McChicken. Quality of food is poor.

  Order 1603 on Mar. 19. 2018 Crispy buttermilk chicken NO Tomato ADD 3h bacon. Open it up chicken sandwich only mayonnaise. Call back to advise of mistake Mgr Dennis I believe didn't want to talk to me about passed it off to another female Mgr. Explained above said it doesn't come with bacon, I said I know I paid $1.09 extra for bacon. She states funny your order is messed up again. Just bought this complete order got replacement order from mess up 2 weeks prior. Not my fault your employees can't read ticket right and make food correctly. Very slow service and not good customer service. But they want $15. HR and continues to make mistake.

  Clean place but they have some inexperienced staff. Young crew working there can provide better service with an experienced supervisor

  The food is usually decent but the service after noon is ridiculous. At one point they had taken over 10 orders before another one made it out of the kitchen. You can see food ready, sitting in the pass, but there's no urgency to get it out to the customer. It is very important for some of the little boys and girlie girls to answer their texts and facebook posts though. If you come up to the counter with a question or problem, most of the staff will just walk right past you, oblivious.
