  Make sure to check your order before you leave. 80% of the time they get my order wrong. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and when they forgot a piece of meat - they proposed to give me a piece a meat to add on to my now cold burger myself. When I said, I’d like a new burger made, I basically got tossed to the end of the line. Now I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes for one burger. Normal for this place. But it’s closest to my house. So, I don’t know. Maybe I need to complain to a higher authority. This place is terribly managed. And it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it.

  I hate that this is the only McDonald’s close to our house. It’s the absolute worst. Our order is wrong every time. If they get the order “right” the individual sandwiches are made horribly and are missing ingredients. Like every sandwich we order. I would avoid this location at all costs.

  I ordered two of the blt double quarter pounder meals, a cheese burger kids meal. I was directed to wait in spot one for my order. I waited almost 30 minutes and finally went inside and asked for a refund. I'm not blaming the staff. They were severely understaffed and trying their best. The review is for McDonald's not providing adequate staffing.

  I cam here in the evening for a dinner. The meal I had had to be the freshest tasting McDonalds food I had in a long time. The staff was very busy this evening but they were friendly and professional. I placed my order on the kiosk and once I received my meal I sat down in the very clean dining area and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place. All the action was happening in the drive through. I had the double burger, a chicken sandwich, and fries. If I didn't live so far away I would frequent this area more because I am still in awe at how fresh everything tasted.

  I’ve visited this McDonald’s regularly but for the last year or so, this store’s quality on some of the menu items has gone downhill, specifically chicken nuggets and fries. Sometimes fry containers are only half-full (see recent photo). Paid for a large and basically was given a small. Nugget quality is inconsistent at best. They’re often hard or stale and taste several hours old…especially if you order them during slow periods or late at night. I understand managers or the owner wants to cut down on waste but shouldn’t at the expense of quality. I’ve completed several surveys complaining about this recurring issue but haven’t noticed any significant changes.
