  The playscape is the real draw here. One of the few McDonalds to still have their three story playscapes left in the area. The kids love it. The restaurant and play area are very clean. The service is absolutely abysmal. The workers lack any type of concern or emotion when taking or giving your order. They seem absolutely indifferent if your order is wrong. Oh, and your order will be wrong. Everyone in the McDonalds restaurant the day I was there had a problem with their order. My order was wrong. I wanted two quarter pounders with cheese and bacon with NO bun. Clearly on the receipt and on the box it says no bun, both burgers had buns. My kids orders were messed up. People were in line complaining. I get it. I don't blame the workers. I blame management. I can't imagine working in an environment where such apathy exists. They need good management to lead, and I feel that is the biggest problem.

  Great service when they bother to open. They are not 24 hours. 1/3 of the time I go there all the lights are on and the drive through seems open but no one is there. Do not depend on getting breakfast here.

  Service was horrible. You can only order from the kiosks and after 20 min wait I asked where my order was. They said they didn't have it. I showed them my receipt and it took another 5 min to get my order. They also removed the pop machines from the dining-room and menu boards. No one wants to help you and they aren't in any hurry to fill your order. I wouldn't recommend this location.

  since when do these onions go on a quarter pounder? it makes a huge difference in the taste. at least inform the customer that you are out of silvered onions instead of giving people whatever you want. your ice machine is already broken. what a waste of $11 and my dinner. thanks a lot.
