  They use to have a great staff that communicated and worked together. Now, its awful. I waited for 35 minutes for food. Which by the way was ready for about 25 minutes just sitting there. We ended up refusing the cold food and asking for a refund which also took another 30 min. In the hour we were there 7 people either complained and returned food or walked out. Not to mention, it was filthy inside. You could tell they hadnt emptied the trash since early shift. Ill never come back to this McDonald's again. They couldnt even do a refund. Its such a shame... i came at LEAST once a week to this one... sometimes more. They lost loyal customers. 0 stars if i could.

  Pretty chaotic, longest wait for food, very noisy crew. Terrible language. I saw one of the employees scratch her hair and then touched my fries. Food safety doesn't seem to be a thing here. Just be aware of who is handling your food.

  The service at this McDonald's is always poor. The wait times at the drive thru are always long and the employees have terrible attitudes. They need to learn to have better attitudes about their job and provide better service. The employees at this McDonald's act like you're bothering them when you go there.

  The food was very good, but it took forever to get it. The manager counted money to double check the correctness of the drawer, and then put her hand in the fries to make them for drive through orders. She did not wash her hands. Also, the crew member that just counted his drawer, put his hands into the fries after counting his drawer. He never washed his hands either. There needs to be a sink in the front for crew to wash their hands, or a hand sanitizer dispenser.

  Why are these fast food workers asking for $15 an hour when they can't read the screen that has my order on it? I really think that people who work at Food Service job should at the very least be able to read and write sufficiently. You would think their job would be easy being that words are not even on most of their registers just pictures. A two-year-old could do a better job then most of the employees at McDonald's. And why does the food never look like it does in the pictures? We know the fries are made from plastic but it'd be nice if it didn't taste that way! I hope everyone finds a better way of killing themselves. Don't eat here.
