  This is a great restaurant that is usually crowded but they have fast service and good food and a play area for children

  This is the first time ive ever seen so much stupidity in one work place. This McDonalds. Known for not being able to make a correct meal, has blown my mind away in careless mistakes, by messing up a aingle cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions, by FORGETTING THE BURGER but making the entire rest of the sandwich including the cheese. I then got sick from the remade burger. Never again should I recommend to ever visit thia specific McDonald's

  I don't like McDonald's but most people and children do. But there food is Luke warm when u eat it. And not enough incentives for the people 62 and older. Just coffee. It would be great to have a senior menu.

  Honestly one of the better Mcdonalds Ive been to in the Nashville area. Must have far better management then some of these other locations I've seen out here which are a border line nightmare. Great job and kudos.

  Leaving this in hopes someone of higher position will see it and evaluate. Ordered in drive thru. There was one other person in front of me and they were done and driving away from the register/pick up window as I pulled up to pay. This is personally the first time I’ve EVER ordered at a McDonald’s drive thru — I ordered a Bacon McDouble, per request of my friend. Didn’t see it on the menu so I made sure to ask if that was something they offered. The lady just said “what else?” So I continued ordering two bacon biscuits. I pulled up, they took my money. I was very polite and said thank you and asked how they were. No answer. Waited 7 minutes for my order as I watched them sweep and mop the floor behind the counter. Minutes later an older gentleman looks over and sees a bag next to the window and hands it to me. I ask for ketchup and jelly. “What kind of jelly...” “strawberry if you have it, thank you!!” Hands me my condiments and I say “thank you so much I hope you have an excellent night!” With much enthusiasm because I work food service and understand work is frustrating sometimes. No one ever made eye contact with me and this gentleman just replies with “.....yeah right..” after saying good night. I do all I can to be an excellent customer to everyone and especially food service employees. they don’t even have the decency to respond in the same manner. I’m very much aware pay rates and customer interactions are much different than what I experience in the industry but we all have a choice to make everyday. You’ll only receive what you put out. If they could just pretend to want their job, their reactions from customers and overall mood may be a little different.
