::Was first told they did not sell what I asked for - until I pointed out on the menu right behind him. Did not improve. Since there are several other McD in area I will not be back to this one soon.

::This McDonald's is less than a mile from my home. This past Friday was the last time I will ever go there again. Every Friday I stop for a large hot latte. A number of times either the latte has no flavoring or I have to remind the staff to put the flavoring in. This past Friday I got my latte and headed to the White Mountains to fish. As the traffic thinned out I started to drink my beverage, quickly realized it had no hazelnut flavor. I could not turn around and go back to this store as I was 30 minutes away. My wife has experienced the same problem. There is a Starbucks 2 minutes from this McDonald's. I will be going there from now on.

::When does a corporation become so greedy that when you buy pancakes it’s not standard to include syrup. Had I known I had to ask for syrup I would have. Instead I come home to pancakes with no syrup or butter. McDonald’s is all about making money and less about customer service.

::Filthy everywhere... Mop bucket near food... Cleaning spray near food bathroom had dirty rags on sink... Children's play area was filthy and out of disinfectant wipes, had to ask 3 time's for them... Filthiest place I've seen!!!😡 At least 8 high schooler's running the place, no adults or management around doing there jobs or supervision!!! I wish I could post the pictures I took... You would never step foot in the door! Just GROSS!!!

::African American female, at register, couldn't have had bigger attitude, long hair parted in middle, long nails, not a customer service bone in her body! No eye contact, seemed mad she had to do her job, no one else in store, 3:00 pm Saturday. Can't believe how many bad reviews, hard to find good one, guess management doesn't care, sad...
