  We sat in the restaurant for over 20 minutes waiting for our food. Had to go up and complain before we got our food. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience.

  When ordering from the app, they've changed how they prepare your order so instead of making it when you arrive, they start making it when you place the order. This way it comes out way faster.

  We ordered a lemonade at the drive-thru with our meal. We got to the window and they gave us a frozen lemonade, but didn't tell us while ordering that they upcharged to a frozen lemonade since they don't have any regular lemonade. We went inside to get a drink cup and find lemonade from the customer drink machine. NO LEMONADE WAS THERE EITHER. What restaurant doesn't have any lemonade??

  They forgot the main part of the meal that I ordered for my husband. This is a recurring issue. I have to double check everything they give me or I could be driving away with the wrong or partial order. Didn't check it well enough this time. So disappointing.

  It has been 30 minutes and I haven’t gotten my food. When I did get it my food was cold. This place is garbage. It used to be good and now it sucks. Never going here again
