  It's a cheeseburger joint and they often don't have cheeseburgers available/ready for pickup, why? Why bother going through the drive through lane if almost everytime our order is not ready, go wait at the front door, where often others are also waiting for their orders. Have some cheeseburgers ready for your customers who most often want a cheeseburger, yeah!

  The lettuce in my salad was completely brown. Why are you giving people brown lettuce? If I could post a picture here I would. This is rediculous

  If I could rate lower that would be amazing! I didn’t expect much from a fast food place but honestly the level of incompetence at this McDonald’s was astounding. Every soul seemed high. They asked us four times what our order was then made us wait in the parking lot for them to just mess up our order. Maybe the push I needed to never eat at McDonald’s again. Thank you for the awful experience!

  Terrible service and food! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Always getting parked for simple orders, always giving old food after being parked, always leaving items out of the bag. Giving incorrect items.. Left my McChicken out the bag.. finally drove back and they gave me the hour old McChicken they should have put in my bag initially. Once instead of my specialty drink I was given an old extra made cup of cold coffee sitting at the window that they had not thrown away.. the WORST McDonald's we've ever been to. It used to be ran by different franchise owners with great service a few years ago, but no longer the case. Go to Wendy's across the street!!

  Please do not go here. I was in town visiting the college a couple of months ago, and I needed something to eat really quick. The line took a while, so I was late and completely missed my tour. But anyways, I received my piece of chicken and sweet tea. Right after eating it I started to feel sick to my stomach. This continued with SEVERE abdominal pain for the next 4 DAYS! I almost went to the doctor it hurt so bad. I was absolutely miserable, and it ruined my trip. I didn't know if it was from gluten contamination or food poisoning, but I personally think that it was food poisoning. I would have to eat a whole plate of wheat to feel that bad; a little piece of a hamburger bun does not do that to me. Unless you want to feel like your stomach is about to explode, I wouldn't go here.
