  Went to MCD to try new Quarter Fresh and service was horrible. The Manager called me on my comments and made it all good

  I luv McDonald's they have great food and I luv their food I get it all the time sometimes they mess up but u know we all make mistakes but I hope they stay successful and keep serving the delicious food that they do thank you for making this a restaurant and have a wonderful day

  Stopped here at 5am after heading home from the airport. Hours say open 24 hrs but no one answered at the intercom. So, after a couple of minutes I drove forward to the window. Multiple people walked by the window and ignore that I’m sitting there. I honked my horn and still no one came. As I drove off, in my rear view I saw someone (a manager I’m assuming) unlocking one of the doors. You seriously can’t give me the decnecy to just open the window and tell me you’re not open yet? McDonalds is never my first choice but it was 5am after a long night. Rude, horrible service.

  Came at 11:40 NO ANSWER AT DRIVETHREW.waited a good 10 minutes before i walked to the window to find out whats going on.The lady said "not open not open" when i banged on the Windows.so i said why does google say 24 HOURS .WHY ARE ALL YOUR LIGHT AND SIGNS STILL ON AND YOU GOT EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING IN THERE. Went back to my car still parked at the voice box. Let the customer in the other drive threw lane know what they said so they wont waste there time. As i left they finnaly decides to shut the signs off at 11:48. When supposedly they lady said they closed at 11:00????
