  One of the slowest in the city for years. I hate this place with a passion because the workers almost always have an attitude and the food takes long to get to you but somehow it's cold when you get it. So you know they weren't JUST cooking.

  Currently sitting in the drive through stuck between 2 cars and the line hasn’t moved for 30 minutes with no explanation as to why. There was a young lady that appeared briefly but she was on the phone and looked extremely frazzled If it weren’t for the location of this franchise I have no doubt in my mind that it would never be able to successfully remain open for any lengthy period of time. If I could give no stars I would.

  The bread was really stale and they messed up our order. At the end of the day, not too different from a run of the mill McDonald's experience but I've had better in the U.S.A.

  Got the new Grand Mac, the bun was hard like it had been sitting out, and they gave me my food without my drink. Had to sit in the drive through for several minutes before someone came back hand it through the window.

  Staff was very friendly. But fries were old and weren't hot. Burger was not warm. Cold. Cheese hadn't melted. Sprite tasted terrible. Restaurant was not clean. Staff was wiping tables off with dirty rags. Food, pancakes French fries on the floors. With does were nasty. Didn't eat the food of ordered. It was cold. I threw it away.
