  Waited for 25 mins for the drive through tonight at 10pm, 3 cars in front of us. No sorry for waiting...no thank from the worker. So freaken RUDE! Get it together night shift. My son walked in and got his order in 5mins.

  This was my order...2 happy meals!! 1 cheeseburger extra fries and apple juice!! 4 pc nuggets extra fries and apple juice... A #4 med dr pepper!! And 2 cheese burgers!! As we get our food the lady who was handing it.. Was on her cel phone close the window on us before i asked for my straw and ketchchup and bbq for the nuggets!! I let it slide!! As i get home what do i get?? Hapñy meal with cheese burger extra fries with a 6 pc nugget!! No apple juice...a 4 pc nugget with fries and apple slices and no apple juice!! And my dr pepper is a diet coke!!! This shows how the crew was so disdtracted by phone calls!! Giving extra food on the happy meals!! And getting a soda wrong!! And not giving me the kids drinks!! I dnt want extra food i just wanted what i payed for !!😡

  I know I just posted on your competition but McDonald's takes the Cake. Any side of town I am at I always get the best treatment. Must be the way they train the employees cause the are always curtious. I am from Douglas and I am in a family emergency in Tucson. They treat me great and the food always same taste and great value. Thanks

  I was upset because they mixed up our order then addressed me in Spanish this is the United States of America not Mexico,as I would speak Spanish when I go to Mexico.English would be nice maybe mix ups would not occur. I have a lot of appointments and because of your mix up I ran late. Plz speak English so everybody understands orders,love my country
