  Terrible. Waited 30 minutes in line, got to the order speaker and didn't hear a word for about 10 minutes. Asked nicely if anybody was going to take my order. Was told "sir you need to be patient we are short staffed" I guess waiting 40 minutes was not patient. A few minutes later I was told "5 more minutes and I will be ready to take your order". What???? Finally order was taken, pulled up to the window. Worker was as rude as can be. Didn't say a word to me, yanked my card out of my hand, and shoved all my items in my face without a word. Order was correct but cold. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually understand when it comes to wait times but this was ridiculous. 20 minute wait for 1 bag of food. Not the cashier, nor the person who gave us the food said 1 word. Food was horrible. Fries were warm but tasted like yesterday's. To top it off a crackhead walking car to car asking for money. He made 2 laps around the building and they didn't ask him to leave. I know hiring is tough these days when the government will pay you more to stay home but better off hiring no one than hiring trash.

  Admittedly, I've never ordered online for pickup here. I always just use their drive-thru. I've been coming here for years now, usually between around 5pm and 8pm and occasionally late afternoon. Unlike at other McDonald's, the staff here always gets my special order right the first time. They are amazingly quick and efficient, even during the big dinner rush. The food is always hot and delicious. I especially appreciate how polite and friendly the staff is here. I never hesitate to stop here and order whenever I'm nearby. This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Thank you to their great staff! Also, I usually eat my purchase in my car in their parking lot. The lot is not only clean, but it is extremely well lit, so as a female I feel safe enjoying my meal alone there, even when it's dark outside. As I've noticed at many McDonald's in recent years, they no longer have trash cans outside for their guests, so I am forced to take my bag and food wrappers and drink cup, etc with me to dispose of at home. Even one trash can near the exit like they used to have would be extremely helpful, but that's a minor issue.

  So. Wow. A trainer was hollering at the employees from the back. Finally after everyone left or served I was served. I was the first number, a man came in and placed his order after got serve. This was soooo substandard. What I thought was a manager started my order after I asked him to come over, passed it off to the knuckle heads. This level of horrible service is why people are so mean to McDonald's employee...just sad. Whatyhappened to get here. McDonald's can do wayyyy better than this. Wow horrible

  Absolutely worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Took 45 minutes to get 2 McDoubles and a caramel iced coffee!! I ask for the manager and she was even more unprofessional!!!!!! Literally had me fuming…. The audacity the workers had to respond to my comment about a 45 minute delay in my day for so little of food, and I quote “sir I’ve been here since 6:30 am sorry ya gotta wait sweetie “ in the most shade thrown of a manor…like dude!!!! YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO BE HERE!!!!! Your attitude and delay is potentially costing me a job!!! Like for real?! And yeah I provided you proof of purchase through Apple Pay and my bank account that my mobile order was already paid for!!! Don’t come at me demanding me to pay again for food I already paid for and am already getting treated like someone on the streets. Unbelievable. Worst experience ever avoid at all costs….!!!!
