  They always take so long even when they dont have any on drive thru still make me pull to the side poor service

  The lady at the counter was short with me, but the food order was correct, and someone delivered it to where I sat down.

  Its really -5 stars . here we go . no tea was available, no napkins were given, my burger was microwaved to be hot how do i know you ask ?My bun was steaming and soggy , fries were cold and I was not thanked for my money spent here , receipt wasn't given either . by far the worst McDonald's i have ever been to.... This place still trash. Pulled me up to cheat the timer and gave me a apple pie that clearly stated on the sticker expires at 7 pm at 9 pm so 2 hour past its hold time .

  Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve worked retail for over a decade and I hope my associates never act like the ones at this store. The associates were slow out of dress code and the manager was rude. The manager walked in front of my wife and reached in front of her without saying excuse me. Between my order and the next we only had a total of 6 coffees and frappes. Plus my drink was incorrect. Instead of getting an iced chocolate mocha I received a caramel mocha. The order was placed at 8:51pm (after the cashier was unable to ring up the transaction without help when we walked in at 8:40pm) and we walked out of the place at 9:12pm.
