::I placed an order in uber eatsbthe food was incorrect. I went to the restaurant try to changenthe food and the MANAGER gave me the same food cold without fix in it. She did not take responsability and they did not give the money back.

::Who is the woman with glasses, heavy set, & walks like she has back problems who works in the drive thru? My wife and I stopped there for breakfast a few weeks, and she passed by our table, almost screaming to someone else in Spanish that her "stomach is acting up". She was in the bathroom awhile, and when she came out, the smell of excrement was horrendous, and she was leaving a TRAIL of it all through the dining area to the kitchen, because she had apparently STEPPED IN IT in the bathroom. When I mentioned this woman to someone else who frequents the McDonald's on US 1 & 32 Ave., she said the same woman used to work in that location & that her uniforms were always filthy (they wore white shirts) & she always smelled of urine & feces. THIS person is a HEALTH HAZARD to anyone who buys food in the drive thru there. My wife also complained about all the GREASE in the parking lot in this location ruining her new shoes. I thought they had trucks who came & recycled the grease that restaurants use. Why is the parking lot ALWAYS full of grease? Isn't that an environmental hazard?

::Convenient place. However, due to the location, I think that restrooms should be clean much more often, that for sure. At drive thru, service is usually not friendly nor polite. Waiting time is not up to standard, at all. I could accept to wait extra minutes but...here it's simply a mess. Signature burgers are not served to the table as expected/per protocole. Hygiene practices not acceptable in the cooking area. Nor the aspect of the staff's uniforms. This restaurant has a high potential. I would love to have them audited by HQ, just to teach the employees the right way to run their place. 1-star location. One extra one for the employee who said: "Hey Sir, today we have Latte. I remember you wanted one last time and the machine wasn't working well". This, at a McDonald, is impressive!

::It's McDonald's. I came during a switch over from breakfast to lunch. So the food was piping hot and tasty, but it took a few extra minutes.
