  The gentlemen that brought our food gets 5 stars. Thanks for being helpful. I’m sorry that you work with such grumpy coworkers. The lady who would walked away and said nothing after being asked how much longer for our food would take needs to be retrained. This was after 24 min. We received our food 27 min after ordering. Ownership should consider going to other restaurants with amazing customer service and fast service to borrow their ideas.

  I will never be returning to this location after the experience I had tonight. We ordered the blt burger and my husband and I both recieved burgers that were covered in a thick layer of salt and pepper. I could scrape off a centimeters thickness with one swipe of my finger. Disgusting!

  Honestly pretty disappointed. I come here every now and then. Today I order my usual pregnancy craving which is a regular burger with extra onions and pickles. Y’all need a new line of cooks cus y’all definitely didn’t make it right. Why is there cheese on a basic hamburger and no onions it’s like y’all were doing it on purpose. Do better.

  I’m quite livid tbh, who ever was covering on thanksgiving needs to be fired immediately! I pulled through the drive thru to be told they only accept online orders and wont take my order. “Ok I’ll put an online order ill be at carside two” Response”Fine! Whatever that works i guess but there is only two of us so its take 7 minutes or more” with ALOT OF ATTITUDE. I figured no big deal at least itll be getting made fresh. The food that was brought to me was by far disgusting it literally looked like an order that had been brought back and the fries weren’t even hot like it hadn’t even been under the oven i think they literally gave me an order that had been brought back and sitting in the bag for at least an hour n half. What I don’t understand is how it took them ten minutes to give me a bag of old food and they didn’t give me my sauces i had to tell them about it. They didn’t want to do there job and we’re being very lazy and rude. Just wow! Reporting this to fb page and even considering calling food and health inspectors because this is absolutely disgusting! Something on my fry box just 🤮 that nugget!
